I'm trying to compile a piece of music software, using the most up-to-date version, on Mageia 2. I received the following error message:

Code: Select all: libtool: Version mismatch error. This is libtool 2.4 Debian-2.4-2ubuntu1, but the libtool: definition of this LT_INIT comes from libtool 2.4.2. libtool: You should recreate aclocal.m4 with macros from libtool 2.4 Debian-2.4-2ubuntu1 libtool: and run autoconf again.

Could you please direct me how to accomplish this? Many thanks in advance.

and then run configure again.
