[SOLVED] Mageia Desktop Panel Has Disapeared

The panel at the bottom of the desktop has disappeared. When I add the panel back it appears at the top of the screen. How do you move it to the bottom

Hold the "Screen Edge" and move the panel down.

You haven't told us which Desktop your using, Kde, Gnome, Lxde or other.
