[SOLVED] phoronix-test-suite gui option no longer supported

phoronix-test-suite gui

does not launch the gui.

I suspect that this is because of

Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module"

Does anyone know why I am getting this? The package manager installed some canberra modules when I picked phoronix.

This messsage gets thrown by many GTK programs, and can be safely ignored, this is only about sound output.
You can install lib(64)canberra-gtk3_0 and the message should go away, but this should have nothing to do with the GUI.

Thanks. The odd thing is that version 0.28 of that library was already installed by the package manager. However, this machine has no sound capability so that may be causing something odd

Anyway, I'll now try another avenue for why the gui isn't loading!

Its much more simple than I thought - this link http://phoronix.com/forums/showthread.php?37165-GUI-doesn-t-start indicates that the GUI is no longer supported!
