[SOLVED] kwalletmanager and default client for instant mess.

What is the tool for instant messaging that is by default available in the bottom bar in KDE of Mageia 2 - telepathy?
I used it to setup my google talk account.
kwalletmanager pop ups came and I have to enter THREE times my kwalletmanager password to connect...
How do I disable this manager?
I can not run it:

The way to start the wallet manager:

kwalletmanager --show

Then choose Settings --> Configure Wallet --> Untick "Close when last application stops using it"

After this action I only need to enter my wallet manager password once! SOLVED!
