recent update failed
conflicts between 64 & 586 packages
I tryed unchecking all the 586
which still fails

You have installed both i586 and x86_64 development packages for openssl. You have to remove one of them or both for the update to complete.
Cauldron is not for the faint of heart!

my problem was a remnant of last years cups problem after updating from M3 to M4
removing the 32 bit package libopenssl-devel, allowed update to complete, printer still prints
all is good :D
