Hello,

I have Mageia 2 on my Toshiba U400 and just in Linux CPU fan still start and stop. How can i solve it?

What do you mean by "fan still start and stop"? What do you want to resolve? Is the fan too fast / too noisy?
In that case try to add "acpi_osi=Linux" as kernel option during boot. In Grub bootmenu press F6 then select -> Default and then append acpi_osi=Linux in the input line that appears.
Cauldron is not for the faint of heart!
