How to install software after downloading?

Hi
Im a new user of linux OS and i searched everywhere but i couldnt find any helpfull tips.And i downloaded a software "PlayOnLinux" and i dont know how to install it.You know in windows OS There is a .exe file to install that but i dont know how can i install these kind of types.So how can i install softwares or playonlinux in Mageia 3 ?

First advise: upgrade to Mageia 4, for support at Mageia 3 is end of life.
Second advise: use regular fonts when posting a message.

Simple answer: Install it via the Mageia Control Center via software management from the Mageia software repositories.
Software management is explained also on the wiki page that isadora linked to.

Usually on linux you don't download software from arbitrary websites, but use software management and the packages for that linux distribution.
