Mageia Update; Error?

Updated from Mageia 3 to 4 via online few months back. Now a notification shows asking me for Distribution Upgrade. The Notification ask if I want to Upgrade to 4.

Is supposed to say 5 instead of 4 or is actually 4?

Want to ask first before messing around with the system.

Mga-5 is still in beta, so it is unlikely to be the cause.
there may be some Mga-3 items in your system that need to be removed or upgraded.
try an update from Mageia Control Centre first and see if that corrects it.
