more problems with plugins [solved]

sorry to open a new post but the other is locked. I tried to do what was suggested. I now have video but no sound. During the update I am told:
ffmpeg is needed by (installed) kdenlive-0.9.6-1.mga3.x86_64
but for some reason I cannot download ffmpeg because it is tainted.
I have an old eeepc with Xubuntu and it works well. I expect I shall have to move on to M4 for there are many upgrades I cannot do due to some troubles.
I am just a simple user and don´t have time to spend hours trying to find out what is wrong and how it can be solved

Do you want some documentation on urpmi on how to install ffmpeg or other packages? Then please check our
software management MAQeia for more information on software and package management.

You're missing the tainted_release repo, and the output of the second command.

You should first change to root, when issuing this command.
One can do so by executing following command at the prompt:

Have you got the Mageia Control Centre "Configure media sources" GUI open? If so, exit that, then try the command again.

So ffmpeg is already installed. Please show the output of

urpmi --auto-update
Apart from that, seems you're still missing the tainted_release repo as mentioned previously.
