[Solved] Installation DVD as local repository

How do I specify my Mageia installation DVD as a local repository ?

I need to use the DVD to retrieve a non-free package. But I do not know how to determine the "Medium Path" for the non-free packages on the installation DVD when configuring the DVD as a local source.

I am not dealing with an .iso but with the full DVD itself. Your link explains what to do but does not explain what I asked.

Isn't it the same topic as : viewtopic.php?f=25&t=8416 ?

So no need for second thread?

Correct, but I did not know if I would get a response on that original thread since I was asking how to access the DVD. I have since figured out how to mount it and setup the local repository so the necessary software package is installed.

Then please mark this thread as [solved] by editing the first message... (and in case this helped to install the ralink-firmware also the other thread as well ;) )

Thx
