flash-plugin taking lots of resources when waching videos

Postby vincentm77 » Sep 5th, '14, 17:19

Hi everyone,

regularly, when I am watching videos using firefox (Dailymotion, Facebook, Youtube etc...), the flash-plugin takes up a lot of resource (CPU, memory) though I rarely load more than 2 videos at a time.

Is there any bug in firefox and/or the flash-plugin ?

Any advice ?
Thanks
Vincent

Please have a look at our MAQeia for flash player plugin: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=880
and maybe in viewtopic.php?f=41&t=5337

You should at least mention what flash plugin you're using and what browser. And yes, flash in general is pretty ressource-hungry.
