Hi,
I migrated from Lubuntu to Mageia 4. Under Lubuntu I was using the SpiderOak cloud backup service.

Here https://spideroak.com/opendownload/ they offer packages for Debian, Fedora and Slackware based distros.

Will installing the Fedora RPM work ?

When I installed SpiderOak under Lubuntu a repository automatically got added to the system so that SpiderOak can receive updates.

So even if the Fedora RPM installs will SpiderOak receive further updates ?

The installation went okay but I am still not sure about if the application will receive security or feature updates from now on.
