[Question] Policy KDE1-KDE: Folder Watch Limit

Hey, everyone!

Recently I'm Instaled Mageia 4 KDE build 4.11. I'm try to start system but i receive an message from PPolicy KDE that ask me to login as root because an atempting softare etc.... Details" Folder Watch Limit" I dont know what did mean that and how to solve issue. Recently I'm instaled from Mageia Control Center the following program, java-platform for x86_64 version 1.7 and eclipse, also I upload all Android, sdk and all platforms ...from 2.1..to latest. How to solve this issue because, I'm afraid that other try to "hacker my system"....and I refuse to login as Root.and I canceled the window that ask me to login...Please give me an hand of help because I dont have previous experience with LINUX in general or Mageia in particular.

It's called PolicyKit1-KDE right and looks similar to this?
