This is a new problem with Mageia 4, I noticed recently. After copying files to usb flash drive in Dolphin, and inserting that flash in computer with MS Windows, It ALWAYS requires checking and fixing errors. If i accept, it will ALWAYS fix something, and new .found.000 folder will ALWAYS be created. This happens with every usb flash (Have 4 of them), regardless they were previously formatted or not.

Did you use the "safely eject" function of dolphin or the KDE device notifier before unplugging them?
And what filesystem is used on those flash drives?

USBs are FAT32 formatted, and I did not use that option for safely ejecting, since it was not needed in previous versions of Mageia (I used all 3 before). But I will do so from now on. I described similar problems with mounting DVDs in dolphin too, so is there any option to setup automounting correctly, or any changes in fstab maybe? Thanks for reply!

removable devices should not be added to fstab in general.
Simply don't forget to use "safely eject" option and wait until that succeeds to ensure all data has been written to device.
Automounting can be set up, but there's no auto-eject facility, as when you unplug it's already too late to eject.
Apart from that, this has always been necessary, and you were probably simply lucky until now - this is just a bad habit, and shouldn't be done.
