Yes, you can! Just install proper wine packages (wine64 for x86_64 architecture) through MCC; the system itself may call required dependencies (be sure this option be active at MCC menu).
After that, wine might be present at Application launcher.

Note that wine64 is for running 64 bit Windows programs. To run the much more common 32 bit Windows programs you should install the wine and wine32 packages, even if you are using a 64 bit version of Mageia.

Yep. I too can attest to Wine working just fine in Mageia 4. :)
Installed Wine the other day, and so far have installed the 5 applications I wished to use under it (these are ones from Win Xp that I happen to have had NO luck finding an equal or better to).
All 5 work like champs. In actuality, 4 of them are actually QUICKER under Wine than under XP. Go figure. :o
The 5th, it is basically the same speed, or if "slightly" quicker cannot differentiate with human eyes.

A good idea is to also use Playonlinux for installing common Windows programmes that use wine.

I use it to run Office 2010 for work related stuff. It took the pain out of installation as somebody who knows what they are doing wrote a script to do it for me.

Perfect...

@OP & kirmonkey: Yeah, I would also recommend PlayOnLinux for this crucial reason: You won't loose your program when you delete WINE or experiment with different versions of WINE.

Just a hint, my personal experience shows you won't loose time and configurations with POL.
