urpmi-dispatcher

I ma running mageia 4.I like default kde applications particularly apper.But inorder to use apper properly i have to kill the process urpmi-dispatcher(owned by the root).Is there any way todisable the process

Please have a look at https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Mageia_4_Errata#Apper
As far as I'm aware apper will not work properly due to issues/missing features of the urpmi backend for packagekit.
