[SOLVED] Weather forecast tray applet not working in Mageia

The tray applet called Weather Forecast is not working. I right-click where it says "Please Configure". The Weather Forecast Settings dialog appears. There is nothing in the Location line and the drop down list of locations shows nothing. Trying the Search button just below the location line does nothing.

What do I need to do to make this work ?

Please, at least mention which desktop environment you're using, or add a small screenshot of the applet.

My desktop environment is KDE. Attached is a snapshot. In the Location combobox there is nothing and I cannot seem to enter anything in there which will initialize the settings. The drop down to the right of the Location combobox is empty and clicking the Search button brings up nothing. If I enter, let's say, Atlanta in the Location combobox and click OK, it does not take. The Apply buton is never enabled.

Actually that's pretty simple. Enter your city. Then click the search button below, maybe wait a few seconds, and you will get a list of weather stations with that name.
The menu will even drown-down automatically. See, here's the result list after searching for atlanta:

Entering the city and clicking Search worked perfectly. Thanks !
