Package Kit in Mageia 4

:( Since installing late last night and testing I have found that there is a bug in the Package Kit. It seems that when adding pakages it limits you down to a certain number. Not exactly sure what that number is as it varies each time. There should be provisions to select and install a little then go back and search and select. I often find that I have to close it out and rebooot, bu this does not always work. Some packages indicate they are installed but in fact are not. one example is the hplip-gui. I need this to set up my hp 2510 deskjet printer. Also I need the latest hplip drivers, but I can not find them. Could some one please be so kind as to explain to me if I am doing something wrong if this is not a bug? :? If it is a bug please fix immediately so I can keep this distro. It is a pity that it still is bug ridden as I like it very much.
THANK YOU for your time and consideration. :)

How do you use packagekit exactly? Or asked the other way around, which application do you use for software management?
