[SOLVED] Configure media sources for install

mcc->Software Management->Configure media sources for install and update (drakrpm-edit-media)

When you use the pull down add media option on a 64 bit install, you get core, non-free, tainted selections for 64 and 32 bit media.
Should not the *-update selections have the Update column check marked by default?

No, not all updates media have that check mark. Only core_updates, nonfree_updates, tainted_updates and their 32bit equivalents.
Could you please post the output of
Code: Select all
urpmq --dump

Looks just fine, what else do you expect? Maybe updates mark should be enabled for Core 32bit Updates, Nonfree 32bit Updates and Tainted 32bit Updates but otherwise looks normal.

Yes, and that was the question. Should all the *updates be enabled. Otherwise I do not see the reasoning behind the Update column.
I could have installed something from tainted 32bit and it is not going to be in the other selections.
