You're the problem here. I fail to understand your problem when reading this description.

hello again..... doctor5000

my explanation was really confusing ...... i am with you

but to clear it to you

harddrake has detected the GPU but it cant use any driver for this GPU

there is no driver called redeon 7000 or later

just like

redeon 5000 or later && redeon 6000 or later

so i tried to ignore it and use catalyst

but when i installed it from RPMDRAKE and launch it

the program gave me this message

There was a problem initializing Catalyst Control Center Linux edition. It could be caused by the following.

No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly.
Please install the AMD driver appropriate for you AMD hardware, or configure using aticonfig

sorry for not clear my problem

Still, you're using that much lines but miss all the important details. How exactly did you install the catalyst driver?
Also, why don't you just use Radeon HD 6400 or later ? As there's only one fglrx driver for Mageia (catalyst 13.4)
supporting everything from Radeon HD 5000 to HD 7000 series, meaning up to HD 7990.

Please show the output of
Code: Select all
lsmod | grep fglrx
and
Code: Select all
grep -i driver /var/log/Xorg.0.log

How exactly did you install the catalyst driver?

just like what i said i installed it from RPMDRAKE ....... the name if the package is fglrx-control-center
why don't you just use Radeon HD 6400 or later

because i already tried to used it but the test that embedded in XFdrake crashed in the middle of the test and says "" no screens found ""

Exactly what I suspected, fglrx isn't loaded so catalyst control center will not work, simple as that.
How should it manage your card when the driver isn't loaded?

Second output shows free radeon and intel drivers being used.

You installed only the control center, but not the driver, that's your problem.

It didn't show you that it's not suitable, test will not work as card is already being used by another driver. Just select the fglrx driver, save the settings and reboot.

Are you kidding me? Apart that I've mentioned the name already multiple times, just select your graphics card in drakx11 (hint: the driver name will be shown in round brackets).

i already know that you are angry because what happened and there are some people here maybe share your feeling
but to be honest
its not my fault to see after our discussion that harddrake has a big bug in it after installing mageia in my machine
=====
i discoverd last night what i already told you about it
======
so since you haven't answered to me .... i haven't any choice but to reinstall the distribution
and gues what ..... the problem solved from the begining
listen here carefully
harddrake asked me in installation time to either if i want to use one of the two cards that i already have in my machine or use both of them with xinerama driver or install thier own drivers separately
and that where is the nasty bug is
because if you choose install intell driver first or give harddarke a permission to install their driver separately
then you will lose ability to use ati later when you try to install its own driver ..... because you will have what i already explained in the first time
but if you install ATI driver first before intell ... there will be no bug
thats what happened ... to me
i hope that i made my whole explanation clear for all the people here
and sorry to make you angry
best wishes
