No login screen after start up
Posted: Nov 17th, '13, 21:21I am a long time Mandrake/Mandriva user, and I am extremely comfortable with *nix OS evnvironments.
My problem is that I am installing the Mageia 3 software for a server on a machine with a Dual headed display. The video card is a Matrox Dual headed display. The Xorg log file indicates that there is a kernel module claiming the device and it cannot operate until it is unloaded.
Any suggestions?
BTW the startup screen displays on boot, but it never presents a login screen.
