Internal Server Error after upload zip file to cpanel

Hello, everyone, I got a bit of a problem with uploading files to cpanel. I have a directory that then I zipped and uploaded. after that in my cpanel and try to extract access error occurs

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was Unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@apps.ntech.co.id and inform them of the time the error Occurred, and anything you might have done that may have by the caused the error.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I usually have to go into windows to menzip file, and then uploads and no problems.

and how the solution of this problem?

i use this one to make zip file
