How do eye turn off the bouncing icon and the hovering events that slow down productive "Arbeit".
Best regards,

The bouncing icon is called start feedback and can be disabled/shortened via systemsettings -> Notifications -> startup notification.
Which hovering events do you refer to?

Things like the small window that shows up in addition to the full screen view when an application is open.
And when it shows three fuzzy windows when the mouse goes over certain screen positions.

That are desktop effects, and they are enabled by default. Can be disabled in systemsettings -> desktop effects and you can either globally disable them or selectively disable the ones you don't want.
