Catch 22 with upgrading to Mageia 3

Using Mageia 2 at the moment and trying to upgrade to 3. Have read the necessary information in the Wiki; ie update mgaonline etc. Using the help applet I get the information that my file system needs modifying. Then it it says that I need to re-boot in order to carry on with my upgrade.
So I re-boot and get the same messages again....and again...
How do I get out of this 'loop' and actually start upgrading?

On reboot you need to select the new boot menu entry to proceed with the conversion, check https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Mageia_3_Rel ... m_Mageia_2
