SOLVED missing nonfree repo - cannot install skype

hello to every one,
today i tried to install skype, but my mageia 3 doesn't install it
this is how i've received:
[root@localhost fulvio]# urpmi ftp://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/os/Linux/distr/m ... noarch.rpm
...recupero fallito: curl non riuscito: uscito con 19

how i can activate the non free package?? because i want also on my pc qbittorrent

You'll need to enable the nonfree release and updates repositories. The documentation explains how:

You may find it helpful to review the whole section on Software Management. If there is anything that's not clear post back here.

If you have a 64bit system, you will also need the core32 release and updates repositories.
