touchpad issue: tap to click not working

I just switched from ubuntu to mageia 3 on my asus zenbook ux32v. But while upon installation tapping to click on the touchpad worked, once installed, in gnome, tapping doesn't work any more. The touchpad is detected as an ETPS2/Elentech.
How can I configure this touchpad, how can I get it to understand a tap is a click? Note that 2 fingers scroll works.

Same problem here!! It works on login screen when starting up, but then! I think is Gnome problem!

Did you look in the configuration for input devices to see if tapping is disabled? I'm not familiar with Gnomes settings anymore, but seem to recall there was one for that (I believe gsynaptics, been years since I've touched Gnome).
