[SOLVED] Firefox and Flash

I'm running Mageia 3 and the latest firefox, but I can't get flash to work. It tells me that I need to update to the latest flash, but flash works in Firefox 17 installed from Mageia repos.

If you mean that you've installed the latest firefox from Mozilla, then, IIRC, you should copy /usr/lib(64)/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so to ~/.mozilla/plugins. Creating a symlink may be better, since you would not have to repeat the process when you update the Mageia flash-player package.

Caveat - that's from memory and my memory is not too reliable. :?
