Hello How can I put an icon on my desktop M2 and KDE
When I try Alt+F2 and try for example bash Execute bash? it ask,but nothing happen on return!!!Thanks

Right click the desktop and 'unlock widgets.'
Now when you navigate the start menu, you can right click on an application and select "add to desktop."
Don't forget to lock widgets when done.

What you're asking are two different things.
To create the icon, after unlocking widgets as oj explained, open the KDE menu, navigate to Tools -> Konsole
then right-click on it and choose Add to workspace or Add to control panel
(don't know the exact translations, but you should get it)
