Explaining : all these repos are updated but package bumblebee cannot be found.
How can it be fixed?

Not from the Mageia repositories - bumblebee binary packages have been removed, as it was not maintained and therefore cannot be officially supported
and one of the libraries it requires has been dropped as it was also unmaintained.
