Explaining : all these repos are updated but package bumblebee cannot be found.

How can it be fixed?

There is a bug report for bumblebee
https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10218
Included in the report is a link to a 3rd party repo containing bumblebee.

He has now added bumblebee to the mageia3 repo at
http://packages.mageialinux.ru/mageia3/RPMS/

Not from the Mageia repositories - bumblebee binary packages have been removed, as it was not maintained and therefore cannot be officially supported
and one of the libraries it requires has been dropped as it was also unmaintained.
