Hi all, New to the forums so forgive me if ive posted in the wrong section.

Currently running Zorin on my HP Mini 110 been running it for a few months as i had problems with windows 7 so gave linux ago.

Anyway i was just wondering if Mageia 3 will run on my netbook? The Specs are here - http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01925043&tmp_task=prodinfoCategory&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&product=4075841

Also when i installed zorin from a bootable USB drive i had to wire my netbook into my router to download some driver updates in order to get the internet to work, will i have to do the same with Mageia 3?

Finally Im a bit unsure on which download i should get from live CD and DVD as there are four options

CD - KDE
CD - GNOME
DVD - KDE
DVD - GNOME

Any help will be appreciated

Welcome to the forum.

The main difference between the CDs and DVDs is languages, the CD is English only the DVD has all supported languages.

The only way to see if KDE or Gnome suits you best is to try each.
