[DONE] KDE notes plasmoid content stored in which file?

Postby pmithrandir » May 24th, '13, 08:24

Hello

I use the Knote plasmoid quite often, and I keep some info on it.

I did the M3 upgrade, but all my kde setup was override and all my plasnmoid were removed.
When I try to add them back, they are shown with a green check, like if they were still displayed.

Do you know a way to get the content of Knote back ? It must be somewhere I think.

Best regards,
Pierre

Is knotes really a plasmoid? I've just installed it, and don't find it under plasmoids, but as a standalone program, which runs in the systray.

What does it say/do when you run "knotes" from a terminal, and from the systray icon select "display all notes" ?

Depending where you added it, on desktop or on panel, content seems to be in .kde4/share/config/plasma-desktop-appletsrc
