[SOLVED] Dropbox

Postby francescospina » May 23rd, '13, 09:04

I've installed kfilebox to utilize dropbox, but at the first time it worked, from the second, after a reboot, it did not work. Now i've installed dropbox following the guide in the dropbox site, it works but to start i must to go in the folder /home/.dropbox-dist/dropbox and select the file.

Now my question is, can i create a connection that i can put in the favorites or in someone else position?

If you are using KDE then you can run this command as normal user:

ln -s ~/.dropbox-dist/dropboxd ~/.kde4/Autostart/dropboxd

Better just copy this command into Konsole as normal user. It should start working at next login.
