Difficulty with setting up repos Mageia 3 KDE

Not sure what repos I should have enabled but when i go to click "add' in the control center I get the following errors:

unable to add medium, errors reported:

...retrieving failed: rsync failed: exited with 23
no metadata found for medium "Tainted Release (distrib21)"

no metadata found for medium "Tainted Release Debug (distrib22)"

no metadata found for medium "Tainted Updates Debug (distrib24)"
...retrieving failed: rsync failed: exited with 23

...retrieving failed: rsync failed: exited with 23
no metadata found for medium "Tainted Updates Testing Debug (distrib26)"
...retrieving failed: rsync failed: exited with 23

In addition when I go to install Firefox-beta from Appdb it shows "No package named firefox-beta-22.0-0.b1.mga3.x86_64"

The mirror you're using is either not up to date or being an rsync mirror is dropping you when to many connections are reached.
Try a different mirror.

I've tried different mirrors and I've managed to solve the tainted repos problem. However I cant for the life of me install Firefox-beta. I've enable additionallly core-updates_testing but always receive the following error: "No package named firefox-beta-22.0-0.b1.mga3.x86_64".

ya its not a bug...they've been removed if you read further on down the page :(
