need to change idiom at the entire system from english to spanish...this post didn't help:

Which installation medium did you use to install in the first place? Also, from the linked post, what did you actually try and with what result?

I think was live cd KDE english-only...
Installed locale-es from MCC and NADA: kde do not show language on systemsettings...

For the live mediums it is a bit of a problem, due to how they are created (fixed set of languages) and also a problem of the installer:

Okay, what about the other question about localedrake? (You can run it from MCC -> System -> Manage localization for your system)
And i suppose you want your KDE to be in spanish?
