How to customize the top panel bar?

Hi all,

after playing around with the Mageia live system I have not found a way to customize the panel bar at the top of the screen. How is this possible? There are some icons like access, volume, network and battery, but I would like to have an icon to change the brightness of my screen there.

Thanks, F.

Goto https://extensions.gnome.org/ and search for it there I belive there is an extension for it. Click on it and turn it "ON" and accept the prompt.
On a Live CD you cannot alter much though - because you do not need too - according to the Gnome Devs.
Edit here is the Brightness control
