[SOLVED] How to Download any software

For example,

I tried to download fortran by writing the code on the console as:

urpmi gcc-gfortran

It said that, "Please insert the medium named Mageia 2 -i586 DVD"
What does it thave to in any way with the DVD? I just want download it from internet!

I also want to download OCTAVE. What code should I need to write?

You need to delete the DVD source and add on-line sources:

If memory serves, if you open mcc (Magiea Control Centre) and click on "Configure media sources..." It does all of that for you.
