I must to edit some video, and my question is what's the best video editor for linux? Or, what's the program on linux to edit video?

Well, it doesn't really reflect reality. openshot is quite crashy, look for the forum threads about it, e.g. viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4549
Blender is more about rendering, and can be used as video editor, but that's not it's main use case.

What stays and comes with the Mageia repositories, would be avidemux and kdenlive, as cinelerra is not yet in the repos.
