Mageia forum

I'm using Mageia for the first time (I'm a long time Ubuntu user). I need to check before I go much further and make sure I can run flash but I can't figure out how to add the non-free repository - and I've never used rpm packaging before. Is there a link with directions for this perchance or could someone walk me through the addition please? My searches thus far have only told me I needed to add it not how to do that.
