Hi! I use mageia with lxde, but can't find an answer how to add more keyboard layouts. Second subquestion is how to add input language to text tool in GIMP.

In Mageia Control Centre (The settings icon with a mustache) on the Hardware tab there is an option for setting your keyboard layout. This is available from any desktop environment so you should find it in the menu.
