Joystick Trouble

Hi,
I just downloaded the Zsnes emulator and i wanted to know how to use my ps3 controller on the emulator.
I installed Joy2key and i enter its configuration process with the command "joy2key -dev /dev/input/js0 -terminal", i finish configuring but nothing happens, i can't use my ps3 controller.

Any help?
