[DONE] Publishing photos with Shotwell

I use Shotwell for all my photos. I tried to publish to my Picasa WebAlbums but there is some problem uploading through Shotwell.

Has anyone else had this problem? How to correct this?

Did you receive any error message, or how did you notice the problem, and which was it exactly?

You did as described f.ex. in http://www.liberiangeek.net/2011/01/upl ... k-meerkat/ ?
Also please pay attention to the hints provided in official shotwell documentation: http://yorba.org/shotwell/help/share-upload.html

I've done all that. I don't have this problem with Ubuntu or Mint. Only Mageia gives me that error message when I try to publish from Shotwell.

I had to use Mint 13 on my other PC to publish with Shotwell.

what else can I do?

Well, i don't use shotwell, and i don't have picasa nor a facebook account, so i can't try to reproduce or fix this issue.
Maybe someone else can try to reproduce and find out what the problem is?

Anyways, this should be reported as a bug: https://wiki.mageia.org/en/How_to_report_a_bug_properly

...bug reports are too confusing to report. I'll use digiKam instead. It's publishing function works very well.
