KMail Cannot delete messages

Hi guys;

I have configured KMail to use two mail accounts. On one of them I can delete any message I want. On the other; the trash-bin icon is dimmed and I can find no option to delete messages..!

Is this normal in KMail? Does it force me to have one account, where messages cannot be deleted?

How can I solve that?
