In mageia control center I'm trying to check core release source, but it returns some error, that md5 mismatch and doesnt activates.
Rest of the sources can be added and activated.
When I try installing softwares from terminal, I coudnlt because core release is missing

When your mirror synchronises again, the problem should resolve itself. Some mirrors sync once a day, others every hour.
