My clock (in the panel)on my desktop stay always UTC time(my settings are :Europe Brussels) and on my laptop it is ok (Brussels) and they are on both the same?
I have have tried everything of this topic :

[SOLVED] Wrong hardware clock time

but it stay the same ?

It is solved....I deleted the taskbar(paneel) and add a new one....and the problem was solved.
