video player that introduces mp3 commentarys

is there a good video player that easily let´s you introduce 3rd party mp3 files?
and lets you move the new sound file back and forward in the track.
if VLC let´s you do this I haven´t found it yet.

In the topic you ask for commentaries, in the post you ask for "introduce 3rd party mp3 files", but what do you mean by that exactly, can you please describe a bit more what you want to do? Do you want to add an additional audio track to some existing video? You'd need a video editor for that, e.g. avidemux or cinelerra or kdenlive ...

I do want to add an additional audio track, but not permanently.

I think that is not possible, you can only load subtitles on-demand which are not permanent. Someone else feel free to prove me wrong.
Can you please give some more details on the circumstances or what and why you want to achieve that?
