(SOLVED)a good partition manager?

I've used clonezilla to move my Mageia to a bigger hard drive.
now I need to move the partitions around to make room for my copy of windows on the same drive.
manage disk partitions in mageia control center will let me resize them, but won't let me change their locations.
and KDE partition manager was worse, it wouldn't let me do a single thing, everything had a locked symbol, but there was no clear way of unlocking them to make any alterations.

I usually use Parted Magic boot CD, but it is based on GParted as far as I know, so the both of them will do,

hmmm gparted has little key symbols all over the place, is it possible to "unlock" them so I can resize them?

I think it's fixed, in Gparted I noticed a ! next to the linux-swap, I think clonezilla didn't transfer it properly, since I formatted it things seem to be running smoothly.
