[SOLVED] can't install any rpm

hello, ive been really frustrated with urpmi and anything to install rpms
i want to get the google plus hangout plugin so i downloaded the .rpm for it
i double click it and click install and everytime i try i cant because it depends on a file i have no idea how to get.
for example this one says it cannot download because of unsatisfied libpng12.so.0()(64bit)
when i try to do urpmi google-chrome it says i need lsb >= 4.0 but i dont know how to get it

any help on making these installations so much easier?

i figured it out! i added core repositories and now it can find the files i need
