[SOLVED] Thunderbird and Mageia2

I have tried unsuccessfully to install Thunderbird in Mageia 2. Seems I am lacking a number of dependencies. The message is: Aria2 failed: exited with 19 Failed to download Thunderbird 10.0.4-1mga2.x86_64 rpm You may need to update your urpmi database. As far as I can determine urpmi is installed. Again, I need help.

The problem is with your online repositories. They are either not defined correctly, or else they are trying to use a defective mirror.
Go into MCC and delete your current repositories and set up a new full set.
(While you are there enable the Non-free and 'Tainted repositories which by default will be disabled)

If you still have a problem then you may need to define a specific mirror rather than the automatic mirror selection.
