I converted my wife to Magea1 after doing my PC. On mine after setting up the normal sources including twisted and doing the initial update things pretty well settled down.
With my wifes PC with the same sources I keep seeing rpm's with bad signatures that will not install.
I am on a slow dial-up connection and after updating Libre Office twice and it not installing because of bad signatures I thought I would try hear.
My global options are "Always, Wget, Always.
Any help would be appreciated.

If the error that you are seeing is that the signature is missing, then it is safe go ahead and install them. There were a number of packages that were not signed, due to a problem with the build system. I believe that those packages were subsequently signed. I have not seen any other reports of bad signatures.
It is possible that the unsigned packages have been held in the cache and are being selected for installation. If this is the case, then deleting the contents of /var/cache/urpmi/rpms will force the packages to be re-downloaded.

I finally put the verify rpm's to never and got the updates installed.
Sorry about being on the wrong forum but I find all the choice's very confusing.

Please show the output of
- Code: Select all
urpmq --list-url
and
- Code: Select all
urpmq --list-media active
and give a list of the packages which fail, or are the libreoffice packages the only ones which are affected?
