[SOLVED] Zotero

Does anyone here use the Zotero extension for Firefox? I'm trying it out as a (more modern) alternative to the Windows-only software I've been using so far. But I have trouble getting the bibliography creation to work.

After installing the extension and the LibreOffice integration plug-in, I can insert citations in the LibreOffice document without a problem. But when I try to create the bibliography, LibreOffice crashes and the Zotero toolbar within LibreOffice becomes unresponsive after restart. Only when I restart the system does the functionality become available again (but still doesn't work).

Here is the beginning of the log that I find in my Documents folder afterwards:

If you think that the rest may be useful, I can post it.

Has anyone managed to get this programme to work?

Problem solved! The LibreOffice KDE integration plugin is the culprit. Removing it has fixed the crash issue. See this link:

Looks like this LO-KDE integration plugin is too buggy. I removed it too since the shadows on the buttons in LO were gone and I was not able to see which one was activated.
